Yes, to disablecom.wssyncmldm,you can useAndroid Debug Bridge (adb)or a package disabler if your Android device isrooted. Butwe don’t recommend disabling this app; as mentioned before, it is used by the operating system for automatic updates. Freezing/Uninstalling the app means your device will not be able to check for automatic software updates, and you will have to rely on the manual checking method.

Method:1 Clear App Cache and Data

Step: 5Now tap oncom.wssyncmldmand then tap onForce Stop.
Step: 6Go to the storage optionandClear App Cache and Data.
Method 2: Use Titanium Backup to Freeze com.wssyncmldm
If method one does not work for you, you can use Titanium backup or a similar app to freeze com.wssyncmldm. Titanium backup requires root access; if your device is already rooted, you can follow the steps mentioned below; if you want to root your device, you can read How to easily root an Android device.
Step 1:Download and install “Titanium Backup.”
Step 2:Launch theapp.
Step 3:Search and tap on “com.wssyncmldm.“
Step 4:Now tap on “Freeze.”
(If you haveSuperuserinstalled, please tap on “Grant” to complete the process).
Method 3: Use Android Debug System (ADB)
ADB is a command-line tool that is used to communicate with an Android device. It allows you to install and debug apps, access data, and lets you run commands.
Step 1:Go to Device Settings > System >About phone.
Step 2:Tap theBuild number7 times to activate Developer Options.
Step 3:Go back to the main Settings andtap on Developer Options.
Step 4:Turn onUSB debugging.
Step 5:DownloadADB on your PC; it is available for Windows, Mac, Linux.
Step 6:Extract the contents of the ZIP file.
Step 7:Open the folder where you extracted the content of the ZIP file.
Step 8:Press andhold the shift button and right-clickin a blank area.
Step 9:Click on “Open Powershell window here” (If you have any previous version of Windows, you will see “Open command window here.”)
Step 10:Connect your Android device to the PC using a USB cable. ( Make sure the USB mode is set as “File transfer”. )
Step 11:Now enteradb devicescommand in the Powershell window.
Step 12:On your phone’s screen, you will see a USB debugging prompt,tap on okto allow access.
Step 13:Re-enter the commandadb devicesin the Powershell window.
Step 14:You will now see your device’s serial number in the Powershell window.
Step 15:Enteradb shell pm disable-user –user 0 com.wssyncmldmcommand in the Powershell window to disable the app.
Method 1 and Method 2 may fail in some rare cases, but Method 3 never fails if you follow the steps correctly. If for some reason, you don’t want to use the methods mentioned above, you can useSamsung Odin, to flash a custom or stock firmware. Before you flash the firmware, make sure youbackup your Android device. And keep in mind, flashing a custom firmware can go wrong if you have no idea what you are doing; that’s why we recommend you flash the stock firmware.
