Step 11:Now enteradb devicescommand in the Powershell window.

Step 12:On your phone’s screen, you will see a USB debugging prompt,tap on okto allow access.

Step 13:Re-enter the commandadb devicesin the Powershell window.

Step 14:You will now see your device’s serial number in the Powershell window.

Step 15:Enteradb shell pm disable-user –user 0 com.wssyncmldmcommand in the Powershell window to disable the app.

Method 1 and Method 2 may fail in some rare cases, but Method 3 never fails if you follow the steps correctly. If for some reason, you don’t want to use the methods mentioned above, you can useSamsung Odin, to flash a custom or stock firmware. Before you flash the firmware, make sure youbackup your Android device. And keep in mind, flashing a custom firmware can go wrong if you have no idea what you are doing; that’s why we recommend you flash the stock firmware.
