Where is Early Season Pass Processing?
Early Season Pass Processing is located at the Lake Compounce Campground. For GPS or Internet directions use 185 Enterprise Drive, Bristol, CT 06010. Once you arrive at our address, it is located in the wooded area to the left and rear of the Lake Compounce parking lot.

Redeeming Your Season Pass
- Upon arrival of your first visit to Lake Compounce Amusem*nt Park, present your season pass certificate at Guest Relations to redeem.
- Your photo will be taken for use on your pass; therefore, season pass certificates must be redeemed in person and the holder of the pass must be present.
- Season pass must be redeemed during your first visit to the park.
- Season pass benefits/discounts are valid only after the season pass has been redeemed.
- No refunds.
Redeeming Your Season Pass Perks
- Souvenir Cup & free soda- Inquire at Guest Relations or any participating food location in the park to receive your cup. Scan your souvenir cup at any of our conveniently located soda stations throughout the park to refill. You must have your souvenir cup to redeem free soda.
- Free parking- Present your season pass to the parking booth attendant.
- Bring-a-Friend Tickets - Please visit Guest Relations on the day you would like to redeem your free Bring-a-Friend ticket prior to entering the park.
- Retail, food, and beverage discounts - Scan your season pass at any of our retail, food, and beverage locations to redeem.
- Lake Compounce Campground and Cartoon Network Hotel lodging discount- Please call to book your stay and receive your lodging discount.
Season Pass Processing FAQ's
I am a new Passholder, do I need to process my pass early?
Welcome, you picked a great season to become a Passholder! As a new Passholder, you will need to get your photo taken and pick up your physical Season Pass card. You can stop by any Early Season Pass Processing Day or at Guest Relations on the day of your first visit once the park opens. We suggest taking advantage of our Preseason Pass Processing Days, as processing lines are shorter, and you'll be able to walk right in on Opening Day
I am a renewing Passholder, do I need to process my pass early?
Thanks for renewing! Your 2023 Season Pass card has been automatically updated with your 2024 information and is ready for Opening Day.
How do I get my 2024 Souvenir Cup?
Gold and Platinum Season Passes include a 2024 Souvenir Cup. You can pick up your Souvenir Cup during any Early Season Pass Processing Day, or at Guest Relations and any food location upon your first visit once the park opens.
Note: Platinum Season Passes purchased for other palace parks cannot be processed at Lake Compounce.

I purchased a Season Pass, what's next?
New Season Passholder:
During your first visit, you will need to have your Season Pass processed. To do this, simply bring the confirmation voucher that you received via email to the Season Pass Processing Center at Guest Services. There, you will receive your physical Season Pass card that you will use for admission into the park this season.Renewal Season Passholder:
When you renew your Season Pass next season, you can continue to use the same card!How do I get my perks?
Your perks are loaded automatically onto your Season Pass card from your home park (where your Season Pass card was processed). Simply show your Season Pass card to redeem your perks at any applicable locations.
What if I lose my Season Pass Card?
If you lose your Season Pass card, stop by our Guest Experience Center for a replacement!
How do I upgrade my Season Pass?
It is easy! Visit our Guest Experience Center at the front of the park to upgrade your pass to a higher level.
Can I upgrade my Day Ticket to a Season Pass?
You can upgrade your Day Ticket the same day you are visiting, at the Guest Experience Center at the front of the park.
How do I update my payment information?

Legal Limitations & Liabilities
- It is the responsibility of the Season Pass hold to be familiar with Lake Compounce Safety and Security Guidelines. Deviation from these guidelines may result in the revocation of the Season Pass without compensation.
- Your picture will remain on file and will be checked, should a duplicate pass be necessary. Your Season Pass is non-transferable and may only be used by the person whose picture appears on the Pass.
- There are no refunds or exchanges on Season Passes. Passes used in violation of any of the listed policies may be revoked by the issuer at any time and shall remain the property of Lake Compounce.
- Season Pass (“Pass”) is valid for one daily admission to the park referenced on the front of this Pass (“Pass”) by the registered holder of the Pass (“Passholder”) during the identified season, during regular operating hours. Presentation of this Pass by anyone other than the Passholder is a criminal offence. Pass is only valid if purchased from the company owning or operating the Park (“Company”) or authorized ticketing agent. Passholders who must re-enter the Park must use hand-stamp system. Days and hours of operation are subject to change without notice. Pass is not valid for admission to catered or private events. Admission to certain rides, shows, attractions, special events and concerts may require additional charge or reservations, or be subject to height/age safety restrictions. Parking, food, merchandise, games and arcades require additional charge. The Park reserves the right to temporarily deny admission to Passholder in the event Park capacity limits have been met or for other circ*mstances which the Park may deem appropriate. Company may expel Passholder and may revoke Pass without refund for any of the following: disorderly, disruptive, inappropriate or offensive conduct, clothing markings or language; possession of a firearm or other instrument that could be used as a weapon/fraudulent use, alteration or reproduction of Pass/breaking posted or printed Park rules or breaking the law; or anything the Company deems could compromise the safety of the Park guests or employees. Passholder grants Company, its licensees, its corporate partners, its affiliated entities and its respective officers, directors, shareholder, agents, employees and representatives (“Companies”) the right to use Passholder’s name, photograph, voice, or likeness in any advertising or promotional materials, in any and all media, including Companies’ web site, without notice, payment or consideration and without regard to alterations.
- PASSHOLDER RELEASES COMPANIES FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, LOSSES, EXPENSES, COSTS AND LIABILITIES, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER WHICH PASSHOLDER MAY HEREAFTER INCUR OR HAVE AGAINST ANY OF THEM WHICH MAY ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PARK OR ANYTHING OCCURING ON PARK PREMISES, INCLUDING THOSE ARISING OUT OF COMPANIES’ NEGLIGENCE.
